I loved the part in which they showed block printing with all those boxes rising up and down and the tai chi part and they way they lit the torch was amazing too..what about you..which was your favorite part in the ceremony…

I just started Taekwondo. I am 3 stripes away from yellow belt. What should I do know so that I can be on the taekwondo olympic team? I do train every day. Should I talk to my Instructor and get some info on the Olympic team to show to my instructor?

I’m looking for information on any Olympic Style TKD tournaments in the New York City area or any place that I might be able to find said information. It’s URGENT… don’t remember the last time I got to fight and I have some stress i need to release! Haha! Seriously though, anything would be helpful.
I’m not necessarily looking for a big tournament, just a small local one will do, though the problem is they’re rarely listed online which is why I’m posting this question here. I really just want to get back into competition again, any information will help.
