2 year stupor….regretted!?

I’m ashamed to admit after being active, I am now a lazy person. I’m a waitress, and also a black belt in taekwondo. However I haven’t been back in 2 years and you sure can tell! I’ve had a very stressful 2 years(marriage, moving 3 times in a 2 month period, and hosts of other “issues”), I have gained about 20 pounds(I had 10 pound of muscle when I was healthy but I think now that’s liquified to fat) Right now I have NO exercise routine. I have a lot of pressure in my spine, so sit ups are difficult for me, and my midsection is the part that is suffering. I’m starting to cut out caffiene and soft drinks. I’m considering going back to class once a week but it isn’t very motivational for me anymore, I would rather do kickboxing but its not offered around here. I’m 21, anemic, and depressed because of my situation. I feel pathetic, as I should, but I never lost weight(or inches) in taekwondo and I was in good shape! I just want to lose inches(not weight necessarily)! Any advice? Thanks!
I do like to walk or jog, I have no motivation by myself usually, but it is winter. I like to lift free weights.
I’m 5’4 and 145, I’m used to weighing around 125-130(depending on what exercise routine I was in), weightlifting I weighed around 125, TKD I weighed 130….and then…AWWW!!!

Which person would you rather be? Clark Kent or Bruce Wayne? And why?

If I have to choose I would pick Bruce Wayne. Because:

How can i get more flexible?

Iam a VERY VERY VERY VERY unfelxible person and my friends told me that somoe ppl are born that way and u cant change it so i want to prove to them that i can but im having difficulties getting flexible so can anyone teach me how to get flexible fast? I also do karate and taekwondo which requires lots of flexiblity and my unflexiblity is preventing me from upgrading to a black belt 3 degree :S SO HELP ME!! PLEASE

I’m boring! What can I do to make me more interesting / a better person / happier? ?

I’m 25 and have 2 great jobs which I love (65hours per week -don’t tell me to cut down please, I cannot). I didn’t study further than secondary (high) school. I am fairly clever and would like to persue further education later but at the moment am enjoying work (and the money) too much.
I have recently had a failed attempt at a relationship and looking at myself through her eyes, realised that I’m fairly dull. At 21 I was the life and soul of every party, a player and a dealer to boot. Since then i have grown up a bit, abandoned womanising, drugs and most of my old friends. Now I have a very small social circle and few interests.
I’ll cut to the chase. I would love some suggestions based on your experiences of something you have done at similar junctures in life which kickstarted another phase of your life.
Like, taking up Tai Chi
Learning to play guitar
Joining a sporting club
Returning to church (I have done this and have found it enormously fulfilling by the way)

Also open to more eccentric suggestions -and more likely to follow!
Like, buy decks and learn to scratch,
Learn all the lyrics to every Wu-Tang Clan song
Go paragliding.

Yeah, in fairness I am fairly happy, but I just feel a little empty and unfulfilled. Perhaps it is just love I need, or do I need to get my head straight before I can find true love?

Remember I am tied to these jobs for a few more years at least.
