Btw I am going to take hip hop (idk where) Karate (idk where) and Yoga (idk where).
I understand that when you are doing weight training (even moderate), it is best to leave a rest day in between workouts or work different muscle groups on alternate days. Does the same hold true when you are doing pilates/yoga and are only using your body weight for resistance? I would like to incorporate these types of workouts into my routine and I don’t want to injure myself, plus I would like to get the best results from my workouts in general.
