I know that I need a cup that is the “wrap around” kind, not the flat kind. What I don’t know is how to buy one and if there are differnt kinds and if I need to buy a jock strap to keep the cup in place or if there is some kind of special underwear that has a “cup slot” that I’d put the cup into. Never played sports in high-school so I’ve not had to deal with this before.

ok, if a girl has to sit beside me in class cuz the teacher puts us beside each other, or in when teacher puts us in a group, or when i go to a place exemple taekwondo or soccer and the coach devides us in teams of 2 i
f i am with a girl with a girl in any of these occasions i make them really love me, but i’m not getting these occasions anymore, where do i go to get girls
My daughter is a yellow belt in taekwondo. She likes it. But my main reason for signing her up in the first place is that she’ll be be able to protect herself throughout the rest of her life. But i’m not sure what is the best type of martial arts for her. There are so many and I don’t know one from the other. All I know is that I want her to be able to defend herself as she gets older if need be. It has to be “fun” enough to keep her interested too.
