Would anyone like to join our weight loss group challenge?

Looking for a group of people to join our weight loss challenge for a great support team. You can choose to use your own diet, or our diet plan. (Ive lost 100 lbs. on it). Just had a baby so I have 50 lbs. to lose again. The diet is simple and I learned it from my physician. You begin a food journal, writing down everything that hits your lips. You can choose to count cals (1300-1500 per day) or total fat grams (20-30). Less than these recommendations is unhealthy. You exercise 30 min. a day. Which can include parking in the back of the parking lot and walking to the store. Just little things, whatever you choose to do. Aerobics, walking, yoga, whatever floats your boat. You will lose 2-3 pounds a week. (The dr. reccommended amount) Any more is not healthy and your skin does not have adequate time to stretch back into place. You can eat just about anything youd like. what do ya think-my diet up plan! i’d really appreciate your input! im 5’3″ 155 lbs… :’(?

go to bed at 9 every night, get up at 4:30 in the morning to work out for half an hour (either yoga and pilates or my salsa tape), eat “all bran” cereal w/ a cup of skim milk, go to school, walk around the school for half an hour, turkey sandwich with fat free cheese and lettuce for lunch, then after school work out for 45 minutes (The Firm workout tapes), eat a salad for dinner, and a glass of skim milk for a snack.

i am 5’3″ and i weigh 155 pounds. UGH it’s sooo gross. i hate myself. i want to weigh 125 by May 1st. is it do-able? is there anything you’d suggest to me? thanks, i really appreciate it

What’s the best type of workout plan when you’re trying to lose body fat?

Is it best to do pilates, tae-bo, aerobics, weight-training? What works if you’re trying to lose body fat fast?

I’m 23 years old, 5’5, and 140/145 lbs. I want to start on an exercise plan alternating treadmill/eliptical walking and Pilates. I’d like to lose at least 20 lbs., preferably down to a size 5 or 7.
Can someone suggest a plan? How often should I do each of these? I was thinking walking 3 days a week and Pilates 2 or 3. I have to be realistic…I don’t think I’d make it to the gym everyday.
