Everyone tells me that I am doing so good and they are shocked when they ask me how far along I am and I tell them any day now. However I have gained 40Ibs. I may look only 8 months preg but I don’t feel like it. I seemed to have gained weight in other places than my belly and I don’t think this is water weight. I am praying that I am able to fit into my old clothes not long after i have the baby. I am planning on breastfeeding and lot’s of walking, yoga and pilates. LOL
I am planning on opening a MMA shop in a few months. Need some input on what type of merchandise to put in my store. Is there any specific brands that are really popular right now. Also I think I will put a section up for traditional arts….e.g. Taekwondo, Karate, Boxing…etc.
Any help is very much appreciated.

Does anyone have the blueprints or inside pics of a collapsible tai chi sword?I’m planning on making a model of the hidden blade from Assassin’s Creed and plan on using the the concept of the sword but with a better way of keeping the blade out instead of friction and gravity alone.
im planning on putting leg weights..its the thing you strap on your legs that provide weight for resistance training..
is it advisable for Taekwondo training…?if so what are its benefits and repercussions?
how long should i have them on?
–im planning to have them on the whole day….if they dont look conspicuous enough to get strares..
