I like the bowflex commercials and so forth for example. Plus the pilates gym stuff looks good and then the treadmill or cycles look good. I see them for sale everywhere! Qvc has some of the same products as advertised on the products own webpage for example. So where is the best place or store to buy equipment from? I see many at Wal-Mart, Sears, online… everywhere. I want one for strength training/toning and one for cardio. I don’t want to spend a fortune, but I want to invest in something that will last and give me good results.

I want it to be more about fitness rather than relaxation and flexibility. Plus, I would like a DVD that doesn’t require that you buy blocks and ropes or too many extra stuff (I live in a small apartment). What DVD do you use personally that you like and would recommend? And where did you buy it. Thanks!

Im 15 im 171cm tall, I weigh 48kg and I do taekwondo a korean martial arts. Im trying to get stronger and more muscular however I dont wish to put on any weight, rather just want to turn what I have into muscle by not consuming extra calories. Plus im a vegan so what is the best way for me to get stronger and more muscular (like how bruce lee was, light yet strong and toned) without weight gain. I dont mind if the weight gain is through the muscle being toned but I do mind if its due to extra calories which id rather not consume.
