knowledge in martial arts can help solve the bullying and crime problem – what do u think?

i feel very concerned about the bullying cases in schools especially in Britain. Do u think that teaching these children martial arts (like karate, silat, judo and taekwondo) will help? so if a bully wants to bully any child, the child can defend himself or herself through this skill?
since the bullying cases in schools is on the rise – don’t u think it should be held compulsory?? the kids just need to learn the BASIC art of defending himself or herself…
I personally feel that this issue IS MORE IMPORTANT as the children are the FUTURE GENERATION and there is a need to NURTURE THE FUTURE GENERATION – compared to the so-much debate of the proposed Shariah law.
With the debate, I wonder what the children are thinking: as they observe how adults “squabble” over the Shariah law.
Shariah law is meant for Muslims – so if the Muslims in UK wants it – that’s their choice and that’s DEMOCRACY

Ways to tone my body quick!?

Just two months ago, I weighted 148 pounds. By me dieting, I have gone down to a size 135 with just dieting alone no exercise. Now that I have gotten my size to where I want it, I’m still not happy with my body. I need to start incorporating some exercises. The problem is I don’t know what specific exercise I should do to start. Most people are telling me to join a fitness gym, but with my budget I don’t want to do that. My main area that I would like to work is my thigh, mainly my inner thighs. I want to get them nice and firm. I want them to be tight and not all lose and floppy like they are now. Just the other night I saw an infomercial about a product called Zone Pilates. From watching the commercial, it seems like the product that will give me the exact results I am looking for. Has anyone tried Zone Pilates or have any good exercising tips I can use to work my thighs? Another quick question is how well will running daily help me achieve my goal?

I want a tone body by May!!

teach me the feminine vibe?

firstly, i’m straight but was a complete and utter tomboy as a kid. so now i’m a (young) adult, i seem like a normal and cute (so i’ve been told on plenty occasions) girl. i do however, still have one problem to address and that’s my, or should i say lack of, feminine vibe.

i know that my body language is more masculine than feminine. i don’t scream at weird and wonderful insects for example, i don’t have any phobias. i am pretty much fearless you could say. i can’t say training in taekwondo and kickboxing in my adolescent years helped me in the aspect of learning to be feminine.

my friend (male) said to me that i look like an ordinary cute girl but once you see me move, it’s like seeing a bloke. ok, so that’s spelled out my problem but i have no idea how to start. i’ve been walking around my home with books on my head to try and straighten my walk but when i’m outside (i can’t use the books) and automatically tense my shoulders subconsciously and probably walk like a man….
i have been walking this past week, however with my shoulders loose, back straight, smaller strides and try not to swing my arms so much. my friends said it’s much better. my presence improves and it’s much more feminine.

so think of me with that problem and add a heavy satchell to the equation. (i need laptop or heavy books most times). i think i my walk becomes stilted once i have that bag. it’s a lot difficult to keep my poise with it banging on my pelvis/thigh and weighing me down one side (on the shoulder) so how do you carry out a feminine poise when you have books that heavy?

also, probably the way i pick up things, just general movement really is probably masculine. i may sound a tad bit paranoid here but i want to learn to change my body language habits because i know it isn’t an attractive trait. i can get so much further with my life if i could just naturally be feminine. any advice?
