Have developed my own martial arts based on years of training/studying. It basically incorporates kung fu,SAMBO, bbj, and escrima to form what I call instinctitsu. The idea is that in any situation no matter how many people you can win. my core tecnique is the nutmeg. I can’t give too much away as I’m hoping to sell it to the ufc or strikeforce but essentially it;s a way of focusing you;re chi to counter any ppunch or kick. You can also use it to pass guards, break out of other fighters subs and withstand head on punches. At the moment I’ve mostly done demos with friends and pets but lookinf for trained martial artists with heart and endurance. those I choose will be trained by me via skype for free and maybe tutored in the basics of the nutmeg.
Looking for feedback, advice and students.
PEace.

I remember at my last school I did karate.Every time he made us run,do over 10 push ups,or anything else like that the next day I couldn’t move.Yesterday I did a couple of kicks, punches and push ups and now my whole body hurts and even typing hurts.
I go to a judo class in newark every week and the sports hall is devided into 2. In one half is our Judo clas and the other half is taken by a Karate class. When I watch the Karate class I get so annoyed. When they practice they do lots of spinny kicks and weak punches that would be next to useless in a self defence situation yet they do all this shouting ‘hiii-yaaaaa!’ and walk around with their sleaves rolled up thinking they are the bees knees. They also never break a sweat while we at the judo club work hard and sweat blood & tears. The other thing is that they have all these little kids (from about the age of 10) running around wearing black belts! I mean come on be serious! Does anyone out there do karate and actually think that it is worth while doing and if so why?

I used to take a fighting style called Zenshin Ki Do (Karate), but I’m currently not partcipating because my mom took me out for bad grades. I haven’t practicing in a while, but I still know most of the techniques I was taught and would like to fuse them with boxing and street instincts. I would like to know how to make improvements to hone my skills and make this style more innovative.
