I’m not on post and am dealing w/ a company unfamiliar w/ the smcra. Our children and myself are on his orders for his overseas duty station, can not continue going to the taekwondo class in texas and they have just told me they are unable to remove our command sponsored children from the contract because they’re not the service member. ..does anyone have a link specifying something like a command sponsored dependent terminating a general contract such as this or a cell phone (i’ve been able to cancel the cell phone contract that was registered under my name via the smcra, so something as minimal as a taekwondo contract would make sense if it overlapped w/ something like that, too). It’s so silly, how is someone going to do martial arts in texas if they’re living in germany?
