Another running question pertaining to calf pain!?

Ok, on Sunday night I started running. To start off I jogged 16 times around the track, stopping each round for no more than a minute for a breather and drink of water. I thought I did surprisingly well considering my size (5’6 bodybuilder type, a very nice 180 lbs.) So I let my body heal for a couple of days and when I returned to the track last night I thought I’d kick it up a notch and go around by twos before taking a little time out… It was like somebody had blood pressure pumps around my calfs! I could only go around 5 times and had to stop. It was that bad. I am well winded, but the calf pain was unreal; more extreme than any weight training thats for sure. So many articles are out there in regards to running for weight loss and the pictures always show a skinny person that can run forever (much respect). I need a running program that takes my weight training and size into consideration. Help please!

P.S- My body is not stiff by any means. I train in taekwondo.
