I am 5’4″ and weigh about 115-119, depending on the time of day, the scale I’m using, etc. I’m not concerned about actually losing a specific amount of weight so much as slimming down my thighs and upper arms, and firming them up a little (without bulk). You ladies out there know how it is…there’s a little cottage-cheese action on my a$s and upper thighs, haha. Anyways, I want to know how I can stay motivated to get my body in the shape that would make me happy and healthier! What do you do to stay motivated??? I am limiting my carb intake, counting calories, and eating only healthy foods. Also, I am doing Pilates every day and drinking lots of green tea and water. Tell me what you think of my plan, if it will work, and some motivational tips! Thanks everyone!!
