Does pilates or that balance ball work? I’m pretty skinny so if I started doing pilates would I become more muscular in a few weeks? How much would this help for track?
I’m 13 and weigh 118 pounds…….My friend thinks I’m skinny but I don’t feel skinny……….I heard from others that yoga and pilates work to lose a little weight…….Is that true or not? and also Does anyone think I’m fat?
Okay, I’m a skinny girl…5’5, 119 lbs, people love my body….and I don’t want to lose weight I just want to lose my love handles ( seriously!!!), now what should I do, Yoga?? Pilates??? I’ work out about 3 times a week, mostly cardio, but it’s not helping….can someone tell me what I need to do, please…..

I have a six pack and nice arms! My legs are really muscular from gymnastics and dance and taekwondo and volleyball! HOW CAN I GET A TONED MODEL BODY??? HELP!
