I’m trying to bulk up and gain increase my overall muscle mass. I was involved in a car accident a while ago and am now trying to get back in shape. The accident did injure me in such a way that I’m not able to lift much weight. A can of soda is a bit too heavy for me to do repetitions with.
I have no problem running, swimming, or playing sports, which is what I do now. My weekly regimen also includes some pilates and light yoga. Is there anything else I should look at to slowly improve muscle strength and build up my physique? If it makes a difference I’m a male in my late twenties.
