I’ve recently become obsessed with the idea of exercising to movie montage music – you know, where the hero is building up for something at the gym and trying to become better to defeat his foe. I thought it would be funny/inspiring to listen to that while I was at the gym. Here’s the only ones I have been able to come up with:
“You’re the Best Around” – From the Karate Kid
“Eye of the tiger” – Rocky III
“Montage” – Team America.
Unfortunately now I’m stuck for new ideas. Help?
Keep in mind, I’m looking for rock music ….
I just ordered the winsor pilates video system and i was wondering if anyone else has ever done that and what your results were, i dont want to do something that wont be benificial.

I’m playing the sims 2 bon voyage and i’m trying to make my sim have all the items in the “suitcase” filled out. I want to have my sim “join in ancient exercise”. I know its called something like “Tai Chi” but everywhere i go where theres a radio, i stay there like forever, and no one ever does the exercise. is there any specific place i could go? please help!!!
I am 50 and suddenly realized I have no strength in my thighs. Getting up off the floor or from a squat is very hard to do. Will pilates be of value? I need something I can start at home. I don’t have a bike. What would be a good start on increasing the strength in my thighs?
