is this a good workout? Please help…?

i’m tryin to do consistently but i’ve been very busy. im doin 45mins – an hour of cardio a day (25 mins elliptical hill, 20 mins bike on hill, 15 mins random on tradmill)… im tryin to eat healthier no fast food, and i’ve been drinkin a lot of water. i don’t usually eat breakfast b/c i don’t have time. i do eat a decent amount of pasta (i can’t give it up!) and i have a candy bar each day. I’m only 115 lbs (5’6″) and 23 years old. I have been tryin to do pilates buns and thighs but i feel like i am doin it wrong (i mean it burns but i feel like my form is wrong)… anyway i try to do that every other day. on the other days i workout my arms, do calf raise, squats and lunges. i do 8 minute abs every night. i am skinny but i have moderate cellulite on my butt and thighs…. i thought it was gettin better but i was in a dressing room yesterday and i wanted to cry.. i hate the lightin in there… any thoughts? is there anythin i can do to get the “butt shorts” booty? please help! thx

How much weight do you think I will lose and how long?

I am trying to lose weight. I use to weigh 120, but than my body changed as I got older. I am 5 feet 6.5 inches and I weigh 145. I’m small boned. My BMI is around 23. I do Taekwondo 4 days a week for an hour. Also, I do crunches and squats everyday. I know I don’t have to do crunches and squats everyday. I just do them while I’m watching TV so I feel productive. I’m trying to get down to 130 lbs. I looked good at this weight. I’m going to cut out all sugar and bread (my trigger food). If I stick to a 1200 calorie diet and 25 grams of fat a day, how much weight do you think I will lose and how long do you think it will take to get to my goal?

Can you develop strength behind improving flexibility alone?

I lift weights, Do Squats, Deadlifts, etc. and I’m more of a powerlifter, I lift heavy and very low rep. No more than 5 reps. However, I got a massage and I noticed all these muscle knots in my muscles that were being massaged out. Also when the massuesse stepped on my back I heard a whole bunch of cracking, I guess that came from the squats and deadlifts I’ve been doing over time. I’m thinking about stop lifting weights it seems to me it messes up your posterial structure and decompresses your discs in your back. I’m being more flexibility minded now. I’m thinking of doing some stuff like Yoga, maybe, However, Can I gain strength through flexibility alone if I stopped hitting the weights as a hobby. Do people actually gain strength from flexibility?

Will this work?

If I do low step aerobics, street dancing, go for a walk once, go for I quick and easy bike ride , and maybe to martial arts or pilates once a week, lift two kg weights (many reps) 3 times a week and do lunges, squats and crunches 3 times a week will this combined with a proper diet allow me to go from skinny and weak to strong and toned?

Is this enough?

If I do low step aerobics once a week, street dancing once a week, go for a walk once a week, go for I quick and easy bike ride once a week, and maybe to martial arts or pilates once a week, lift to kg weights (many reps) 3 times a week and do lunges, squats and crunches 3 times a week will this combined with a proper diet allow me to go from skinny and weak to strong and toned?
