how do you get motivated to work out at home when you have kids?

I do pilates, yoga, and sit-ups every morning. And every time I rock my baby to sleep, I do squats or plies in 2nd position (ballet), for my legs. But I still don’t feel like I’m doing enough. Oh yeah, and I just started doing some pushups too. Help!!!

How do I get my knees to stop aching after exercising?

I lift weights, do tons of squats,lunges, yoga, run a bit, step class, elliptical stairs, etc. Nothing too, too strenuous. Recently my knees have been very sore, especially climbing stairs. Do I need to build up more leg muscles? Should I just admit I’m getting old (42) and tone it down a bit? I don’t want to stop my fun routines but the aching is slowing me down.
