I rage…alot. But I also watch alot of Star Trek and I truly admire the Vulcans for their ability to supress their emotions and meditate accordingly. Obviously I can’t go study on Vulcan for a few years, so what is a good alternative (here on Earth) to practice meditation and emotion suppression? Yoga? Tai Chi? I need guidance and suggestions to get me started on my path to self-control

As for the rest of your post, I do believe I’m running to hot. It doesn’t matter what the issue is, I go ballistic damn near instantly. And for what I ate, I don’t eat alot of meat, mostly vegetables, though I’m not a true vegetarian.
