how long will it take to lose 15 pounds of fat and build lean muscle mass?

I do cardio at least 3 times a week for an hour and I have a very good diet I’m really aiming for the fat on my stomach I’m 14 and 5’10 I weigh like 150-156 and Iplay sports whenever I can etc:football soccer basketball basball taekwondo and swimming. Also ty for answering.

How to flatten tummy???

I am 5’3 and weigh 107 lbs…i do pilates and other cardio, but i can’t seem to get rid of this ugly roll on my stomach…any suggestions on a good ab exercise..i’ve tried the roller balls, seems like everything…any suggestions….

How can i lose weight while still in school?

I’m in the 9th grade and we do not have any PE class. And i walk at least 15-20 min everyday. I also do AB excersices and pilates everyday too. and go to gym on fridays for 30-60 min. I’m always busy with homework and studying that i only have a minumum of an hour to 3 hours of time of I want to lose most of the fat around the stomach and the middle body (back, bottom..)
