What pilates exercises should I do to stregthen my lower back so my tailbone, L5, and L4 stay in place?

My rolfer had to move my tailbone, L5, and L4 back into alignment this week. I think they went out of place due to heavy lifting from my stone masonry job. My hip was turn anterior and posterior on left and right sides respectively. Also, my glutes are tight, any stretches I can do to help that?

I’m getting rolfing, and doing pilates to help and injury. If my job is too hard on my body should I quit?

I’m doing my 5th rolfing session tomorrow and just started pilates for a hip injury that caused pain and tightness in muscles and tendons throughout my lower body and lower back. Rolfing has helped initially. However I do stone masonry for work right now and the lifting is hurting me. Should I keep doing that and start getting massages 3 times a week. Or should I quit my stone masonry job until I’m healthy and do something else for now?
