I am really stressed.?

Can someone help me? I go to school all day and 3 days a week I go to taekwondo. I am way behind in math and just cant sleep at night. I have a report due feb 12 on a story I never read and my dog wont obey. I dont know how to do my math and I never will. I need tips on getting atleast a c grade on my essay on the long story I never read. I have 2 jerkoff brothers and I am always in trouble for something. I always forget to do something and am always losing my things. I feel my grades are lowering every day and after I finally understand my math from one night the whole class is a few assignments ahead. I dont know what to do and I suspect my teachers are getting mad. I never have my history done either. I dont want to go to school monday. I am feeling ultimate stress and need it lifted. I feel completely hopeless about the essay and my math. I might cry.
I feel this constant uneasiness in my stomach and heart from all of this.
I forgot to add that I have noticed that my heart starts beating really fast when im relaxing then gets slower. I think it is due to my negative toughts and uneasiness.

panic over eye floaters….how do i deal?

I am a pre med college student. Life was already full of stress for me and now i got floaters in my eyes. It’s so distressing that i am having panic attack almost everyday. My doctors gave me “effexors” so the anxiety is somewhat under control however I still suffer from it. I know there is no way i can get rid of these buggers in my eyes but how do i deal with this overwhleming stress i am having everyday. Should I increase anti depressant dosage or meditation??? I really like someone sharing their experience. Many thanks for reading

i heard this somewhere before but i dont know if it is true?

can i take up “tae kwun do” as a form of meditation and to learn how to kick butt! and to relieve stress

What is a good way to release stress and anxiety?

I know that working out helps because of the release of endorphines, But I am talking about quick relief that will last when you have just hit a wall that you cant seem to get over. good breathing techniques? tai chi? I am not sure when you people get this way whst works for you? keep in mind that I do suffer from severe anxiety and it is getting seriously old. I just want to be able to get in under control for day to day activities and just feeling normal when I get stressed instead of want to sit and watch movies all day. Please dont say anything about doctors or medication cause I have done my research and know that anxiety is a behavioral issue within the subconsious brain sending the anxious feelings to the consious brain. I just want some tips or Ideas on how to really relax when I get tense in situations that should not make me tense. Thanks

Is the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) responsible for the current path of violence and murder in Americ

Having grown up in the sixties before the ACLU, a few minutes of prayer or meditation if you didn’t want to pray, was an integral and readily accepted part of school life prior to starting each school day. No matter what was bothering you–passing grades, romance, etc., those precious few minutes of cognizance seemed to relieve the stress of life long enough for one to hold onto their sanity at least from day to day.
However, according to the laws of physics, for every action there must be an equal and opposite reaction. And the ACLU, having sued America into removing decades of traditional prayer, meditation, Christmas, and nearly every other form of subliminal morality from the nation’s public agenda’s, may be the source of today’s school violence and murder, and the growing onslaught of homosexuality–a form of zombies in which failed human beings sell their soul to the devil and roam the Earth as living dead people in search of pure absolute lust.

Sure, there were problems within the schools back in the sixties. But nothing in comparison to what’s now happening in the nation’s educational system.
Today’s youth, clearly unleashing on civilized society the catastrophic consequences of their explosive pressures–that equal and opposite reaction to the adult oriented ACLU systematically destroying in their many controversial lawsuits over the years, the school prayer and meditation that once helped young student’s cope with life’s stress.

Truth is, the youth generations, now starting to realize that they were merely pawns secretly used in a game to remove society’s moral barriers in order to promote adult agendas of homosexuality, and are viciously retaliating. Beyond promoting its own financial and homosexual agendas the ACLU has done nothing but unravel the moral fabric of American society.
Beyond promoting its own financial agenda the ACLU has done nothing but unravel the moral fabric of American society. Thus, young America needs to wake up to the fact that the answer is not purporting violence upon your fellow students, but rather extirpating the clandestine germination of ACLU evil and sending it scampering back under the rock from which it crawled.
