I need a pillow for my yoga studio…

I’m trying to find a studio that has Stott Pilates. I have a bad back and a lady I met told me Stott was good for the spine.

I always go online to find Pilates moves just to use as examples, because for my entrepreneurship class, I’m beginning a (false) Pilates studio, and I don’t want to copy Winsor Pilates’s moves, since they had modified the moves a bit. I just want some of the original moves. Does anyone have any examples?

I’m a Yoga Teacher and I really like one of the Students that comes to my classes. I don’t know if I should ask her out on a date or not. I’m worried if I do and she says no things wouldn’t be the same. Also I work at my parents Yoga Studio. What should I do????

Where can I find a studio in LA that teaches tai chi, hung gar, ba gua, and maybe shaolin?
I’m also interested in ‘praying mantis’ style.
