To make matters worse, another competitor opens in the area, but this time it is a Yoga studio. At this point you are still trying to establish yourself and build clientele base, and are just breaking even each month

I would like to become a postpartum doula in Kokomo Indiana. I am currently 4 months pregnant with my first child. Eventually, I would like to open a yoga studio and a prenatal and postpartum care center for families who live a more natural or “alternative” lifestyle.

The classes are in a studio kept at 105 degrees and 50% humidity. I am a 37 year old man in fair-to-good physical condition. Is once a week enough to start? Is three times too much to start? When do I increase to more times per week?
