I am 5’4 120 pounds. I’m not fat, just out of shape. My stomach however has a pouch and I hate it. I was in amazing shape 2 summers ago and thats my plan for this summer. I plan to run 2 miles a day 3 times a week and do crunches, pilates. I also am going to eat healthier…lots of water, fruit, vegetables, special k cereals bc their low in calories, salad w/ low fat dressing, soup, healthy foods. Am i being unrealistic to be in shape my summer?
you can also make suggestions on if i should change anything in this diet or exercise
