The movie was like from the 60s or early 70s and it had a large mural painting of what i am guessing is Mt. Fuji in the foreground and in lieu of a sky, it is the old Japanese flag (rising sun, the one that is red with the red light-rays). I can’t remember what movie it was or anything else about it, but does anyone have any clues or places i may look to find a picture of this piece?

I was thinking of getting private lessons in Tai Chi Chuan from him. I was wondering if anyone knows if he would teach me Tai Chi Chuan as a fighting martial art with necessary training (full contact sparing, sanda san shu, exercise, getting thrown around)? If not does anyone know of a Sifu that will teach Tai Chi Chuan as a fighting art in the Los Angeles area or the SOCAL area?

What do you think of International Martial Arts Center where they teach you Tea Kwan Do, Hapkido and Sun Do (Breathing Meditation) should one take the school instead or Aikido?

I know there’s long form and short form and Wu and Sun and all kinds of versions to choose from.
I’m trying to lose weight (which i know i’ll only lose a minimal amount from Tai Chi but I would imagine some forms are more conducive to weight loss than others), as well as gain strength and learn how to move my body more fluidly.
I’ve been fat since early adolescence, the time when most girls are learning how to shimmy and wriggle and otherwise move their bodies. So I never learned how to do any of that, and my body motions are kind of clunky and jerky. I’m trying to develop grace and fluidity so that when i lose this weight, I can move myself like a real woman.
Outwardly I can seem very head strong. When I lock onto an idea it can be difficult for me to let it go. I am also extremely sexual and am usually more concerned with another’s pleasure than my own.
However on the other hand I have a very intense love for the truth so much so that I get into various political and spiritual causes. I desire to write many books on Spiritual Metaphysics, Meditation, Adages, Health, as well as various Creative Fictions.
I tend to value a few really good friends than to be a social butterfly. I can spend much time alone without getting bored but have a strong calling to be a helper of types via counseling through health, practicalities, or other things more spiritual in nature.
Having gotten a glimpse of who I am what say ye concerning my signs? Which one tends to be more pronounced in me? Does the doubling of Sagittarius carry an extra weight?
I curiously await your replies.
sally, sounds like we have a lot in common with the Aries Sagittarius energy. I also dated a Scorpio once. It was an intense experience to say the least. I appreciate you flattering comments. I’m sure you are very fascinating yourself but I suspect you like most scorpios are a bit secretive about your life.
