i like yoga and swimming myself
I also do pilates twice a week, but I’m in danger of suffering osteoporosis in the future. My mother has it, I have a thin frame and don’t drink too mucho milk because I can’t tollerate it.
Do any of you people practice a type of material arts?Like boxing,kong-fuu.Or atheltic exercise,like swimming or something?I like to swim some times.Or any sports?I take karate class.Or do any of you people practice a type of dance practice?Please answer if your in this category!Or do you just do about every thing?
Remember.What I do and other people do is just for protection.I don’t believe in fighting but traing ti for protection and to stay in shape.I think the still we do is kempo.
I’m 5’2″ and 98 lbs. I go to the gym one to three times a week. I do pilates, situps, swimming, spinning….However, my stomach still cannot be as flat as swimsuit models. I love to eat, especially junk food. I know this is not good, that’s why I work out. Is there any way that I can flatten my abs and still get to eat what I like?
