well idk if you guys share my beliefs but i think chi kung or tai chi is great and it overall made me peaceful and a more powerful and better person

So, after many trips to China – i finally got into Tai Chi, and that got me thinking….
“Wii Tai Chi” would be a cool game….don’t you think?! I mean it could atleast be ONE MORE game to utilize the balance board…
Can’t do weights or walk very long distances without my back hurting. i think I may need to build my core muscles.
