Yoga and tai chi are claimed as very good relaxing exercises. I believe this would be true only to a particular group of people. They are those who dont play any sport and stay indoors most of the time, basically a very sedentary life.
Also, I think there is nothing as relaxing as a good short nap after playing a good game of tennis or any similar type of sport.

i saw some demonstration of taiji & realise that they can actually project energy projectiles&fields out of their bodies to hit opponents. So chinese martialarts movies aren’t lying afterall. is such supernatural skill termed internal, and if so, are all chinese kungfus capable of performing such feats, including WingChun, HungGar etc? A last question is if the chinese Kungfu master can project energy fields like Ryu in streetfightergames, does that mean that training in weapons is useless against such supernatural skill?
