Do you like chai tea or tai chi?
As a practitioner of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Kung Fu, I am interested in making a tea that increases the amount and effects of chi on the body. I have found many sites that sell extracts, or premade teas, but I am looking to make some chi tea from scratch (and don’t mind having to purchase the herbs). If unable to find ingredients, I would be satisfied with herbs that have a similar effect.

Yogic lifestyle considers tea “not pure”, arguing that it disturbs the mind, and shouldn’t be consumed. Tibetan Monks, however, do consume tea.
Anybody got any more information about the use and restriction of drugs, specially tea, garlic and LSD, on meditation?
College Boy, AFAIK, they don’t have “teabags” and drink a boiled tea with lots of caffeine called Pu-erh.
