I like oriental culture, specially food. I am a vegetarian, so I really like the food. I also like the teas.
I really like Kung-fu too, but because it gets me tired.
I am always full of energy and my mind is always busy. And even in martial arts, the Meditation is a part of the ancient training. (but, actually, not in the gym that i go to)
But they say that MEDITATION has tons of benefits. As well as YOGA and TAI CHI CHUAN.
But I just can’t focus. For me is not an exercise, and definitly not a sport: I don’t get tired.
Why do they say that it frees your energy, recharges your battery, bla bla?
