Good moves for my thighs?

I am a runner in the ‘warmer months’ (meaning warmer than 30 degrees)…unfortunetely I live in Wisconsin and there is NO warmth right now and my thighs are getting huge! What are some good moves (yoga, pilates, dance, whatever) that will really work my thighs? How about like wall sits or stair climbs or something?

Mistakes of ‘The Karate Kid’

Mistakes of 'The Karate Kid'

THIS VIDEO WAS MADE FOR ~*FUN*~. I’m tired of getting comments saying ‘You have no life.’ ‘Of course every movie has mistakes.’ I’m not stupid, I know every movie has mistakes and I made this because I was bored one day. Kill me for making and posting a video when there was nothing else to do. Anywho, I caught some mistakes in the movie Karate Kid (one of the best movies ever!), and I thought I might share them with you. If you don’t understand one of the mistakes, post a comment and I’ll go more into detail with it. And if I spelled any words wrong, please tell me so I can leave a note for the next veiwers. i spotted two of these mistakes, the others i got from www.imdb.com DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN THE KARATE KID OR ANY OF THE SONGS I USED! I AM NOT MAKING ANY PROFIT FROM THIS…IT WAS ONLY FOR FUN!!! And i used diferent songs for each mistake to make each mistake a bit less confusing. If you know any more mistakes in this movie, please tell me because i might make another video about more Karate Kid goofs.

What is the romantic score in the ‘kung fu hustle’ and where can I get it?

I am looking to find the romantic score between Sing and the ice cream girl from the movie. I love the score but am not sure what its title is. Would be great if I can know where to download it from too.
thanks!

what songs are on the soundtrack of “the benchwarmers”?

also, what songs are in the ‘karate kid’ movies? (i know its random, but there’s this one song in the first karate kid that i really like…!)

Do you realize that Taekwondo is one of the most popular martial sport in Malaysia?

Its also a fact that Malaysia is the FIRST country that General Choi taught outside Korea, which makes Malaysia the ‘home’ for Taekwondo outside Korea.

Malaysians are quite fortunate to have great masters of this art and sport as there are many well known teachers who are direct students of General Choi, founding Father of Taekwondo.
Gindy, you’re right, Karate is too… and we are fortunate enough to have great masters from authentic lineages.
MLP, Taekwondo became a lousy art because of lousy kids who abuse the art and have lacked in discipline.

Check this guy out… He utilizes each and every techniques correctly and have efficiently used it in K1 competitions.

Lousy art or lousy guess?
Bronzedgal, throughout my 17 years of experience so far… most TKD-ists are more prone to joint pain and injuries due to their snapping movements (almost similar to Karatedoka). This becomes worse if instructors are not able to supervise carefully correct body mechanics and structure of techniques applied.
BTW, MLP… I’m not talking about which art is ‘best’ or ‘worse’… its a matter of choice, just like religion. I bet you’ve realized this by now…

I’ve studied different arts throughout my life and there are no ‘prefect’ styles that I’ve found. Its about efficiency and application of techniques which makes them effective, not mere ‘names’… like religion too…

Do you really think that you’ll make others realize the truth with your approach of criticisms?
