i have a thyroid problem and with the help of yoga i am able to stop my medicine and now normal but still some time i feel heavy and feel all the symptoms of it and scared what if it comes back. i am realy worried and feel bad. what else i can do but one thing is that i donot want to take any kind of alopathy treatments.
