Can you give us some advice on how would you like to be tought if you want to learn Tai chi chuan ?
i do itf taekwondo and we are tought the basics upward block ect
but how would you defend yourself from a flurry of punches because when i was in sparring no one could block my punches as it was coming at speed
i use to do boxing so i had a slight advantage
do i just have to keep practsiong my blocking
