Every day when i train i think of my 2 former instructors. I dont see them anymore unless I go to Arizona. I do miss them. I haven’t seen them since 2000. Should I write them a letter and tell them what they did for me while my parents were divorcing.
I remember what my male instructor said to me. He said “i am sorry your parents are divorcing i know its hard” and His wife helped me alot. She was always there for me. I could tell her anything. I want to say thanks for what they did for me during that hard time in my life.
I am trying to get started working out and I don’t know if having your heart rate up high and then lying down for yoga or mat pilates is a good thing.
I train for 3 hours a day and I don’t seem wrong.
i’m eighteen years old and have wanted to box for years but my parents didnt let me. i tried karate etc but it didnt do it for me so now i am starting boxing in secret. do you think by strting at this age i’ve still got a chance at being pro. (p.s. i weight train and skip so am semi fit already) if you have famous examples and ages this would be good to know.
