Would you buy exercise equipment online or at a brick-and-mortor store?

If you use pilates, yoga or other equipment with a trainer or at a gym would you be more likely to purchase those items online or at a walk in store? Why?

Also, which items?

i need personal trainer/fitness guru advice on my workout!?

I have lost 30lbs and want to maintain it. I am going to hawaii in a few weeks and want to be in top shape. 3 days a week i run 30min in the mornings on an empty stomach and then later in the day i lift weights. 3 other days of the week i do a spin class in the afternoon (either right before lunch or late afternoon) and then will do some yoga or pilates during the week. i eat tons of fruits vegetables and do not eat carbs after 3pm unless it is natural in fruits or veggies. Is this an ok plan or is there ANYTHING i can do to step up my game?

Does anyone have any ideas to help me not feel insecure at work?

I have worked one year at a country club as the Fitness Director and Personal Trainer. I have been successfully training clients for about 5 years. I have had people use inches (and even feet) with my help, many great compliments (and gifts), and recently started a 3rd class (a hybrid of yoga and pilates) because so many people requested it. And I am very enthusiastic about fitness and my job.
I guess I feel insecure because, at my new place of employment, I am the only choice for a trainer. Also, I have a couple of clients that travel back and forth to Miami (I am in Kentucky), well, one in particular, that I can tell thinks everything in FL is better. She makes comments how her husband had a great trainer in FL(I train him here – he has seen great results and seems to enjoy working with me), and how she takes great classes in Florida.
I guess some insecurity is good because I am continually creating new, exciting workouts.
Thanks for any help – I guess I vented a little :)
