Ok im 5’5 and i weigh 175 i alreadii lost 25 ibs but i still need some work. at times i feel lazy and dont want to do anything. i like my thighs cuz i still wana be the thick girl that i am. I just want to lose my stomach…i did pilates the results werent fast enough for me. im doing turbo jam ~its a lot of fun but idk i need some things for my stomach
the date is my 25th bday.I’m 190.exactally 5’2.I’m naturally curvy/have an hour glass type.Most of my fat is on my stomach and thighs.I want a soft but toned curvy feminine look.I want a flat stomach but not a 6 pack,but maybe lines on the sides(oblieqs).I want to do 1 hr and 30 mins twice a day on the ellipical machine,dance 4 fun,and do work out videos that would include resistance/strength training.(Turbo Jam,core secrets,maybe Windsor Pilates).Is this acheiveable by 9/20?Or this summer?I want to be able to wear a bikini confidently.I wanna weigh 128. I hear you can only lose 2 lbs of fat every week so what about people that lose a whole lot of weight fast and look good like on the tv shows big loser,celebrity fit club?If you’re working out real well,following a nutrishious well balanced diet,drinking lots of water,then shouldn’t you be able to burn a lot of fat per week? Also tell me what’s the natural rate of weight loss? I know there’s plateaus.Thanks.

I was hoping to use all three. I have them at home. turbo jam seems the most fun but I need to try out core secrets to tone and burn more fat and sustain muscle. Pilates is hard and I figure to do more of those after I lose more weight. I am 24, I plan to do lots of cardio on the elliptical at the gym and do and alternate on the workout dvd’s. tell me which ones you’ve heard of that I listed and which is the best in your opinion. thanks
I’ve heard the Turbo Jam DVDs are good, but too costly. I already do Pilates for Dummies, but want some dance now…does anyone have any favorites? BTW, I also walk/jog so I need something a little more fun.
