2 year stupor….regretted!?

I’m ashamed to admit after being active, I am now a lazy person. I’m a waitress, and also a black belt in taekwondo. However I haven’t been back in 2 years and you sure can tell! I’ve had a very stressful 2 years(marriage, moving 3 times in a 2 month period, and hosts of other “issues”), I have gained about 20 pounds(I had 10 pound of muscle when I was healthy but I think now that’s liquified to fat) Right now I have NO exercise routine. I have a lot of pressure in my spine, so sit ups are difficult for me, and my midsection is the part that is suffering. I’m starting to cut out caffiene and soft drinks. I’m considering going back to class once a week but it isn’t very motivational for me anymore, I would rather do kickboxing but its not offered around here. I’m 21, anemic, and depressed because of my situation. I feel pathetic, as I should, but I never lost weight(or inches) in taekwondo and I was in good shape! I just want to lose inches(not weight necessarily)! Any advice? Thanks!
I do like to walk or jog, I have no motivation by myself usually, but it is winter. I like to lift free weights.
I’m 5’4 and 145, I’m used to weighing around 125-130(depending on what exercise routine I was in), weightlifting I weighed around 125, TKD I weighed 130….and then…AWWW!!!

What is a good working out routine, without weights or gym?

Hi, I’m 25, weight is 135, I’m 5’4. I don’t want lots of muscles but I want a six pack, solid triceps and chest. How can I accomplish this at home? Practicing pilates? tai chi? push ups?

Please provide a routine like: 10 push ups every 3 days…etc…something like that.

I really want to become as solid as bruce lee. My complexion is small so it will probably be easier to build up muscles, but I want solidity and prominence.

Thanks!

i herd they are martial arts shoes. we do allot of exercises during training. i wanted some adidas box speed champs but i don’t know how comfortable they’d be while doing exercises. (crawling push-ups, jumping jacks, mini squats, and other crazy stuff)

Am I at risk….?

…of developing an eating disorder? The story goes like this. I used to love eating. I was never fat or overweight, because I have always done an exercise. But now I continue with sports, but my appetite is gone. It’s been like this for a few months now. Everybody that I know has told me that I lost weight and became skinny. Even my mom, who is obsessed with eating right and exercise, is telling me that I don’t eat enough and that I may be losing muscle. I exercise daily, but sometimes when I’m hungry, I eat something, but I get full quickly. I usually feel hungry again after half an hour, but I forbid myself to eat because I’m worried that I’ll overeat and gain back all the weight that I lost, even though I take Taekwondo, do aerobics, push-ups, and sit-ups a lot. My dad told me that I may be slowly developing anorexia nervosa. But the thing is, I’m rarely hungry. Even when I am hungry, I try not to eat more than a salad and a piece of meat. Am I at risk of anorexia?
