okay so i think im buring fat off my abs but im not sure, i need to get in shape like in 4 months, cuz im going to the beach and i needs pecs and abs if i go 3 times a week for 1- 2 hrs and im taking an abs class how do u think i will do, i lost 100 pounds and now i want to lose that last layer of fat and get muscle, cuz im sorta skin bones and like a layer of fat, but in certain places, cuz i worked out but then i stopped. and were can i buy a pilates video, i live in canada so like were can i get a video like that? like HMV or something? thanks
