Realistic or unrealistic goal?

I am 5’4 120 pounds. I’m not fat, just out of shape. My stomach however has a pouch and I hate it. I was in amazing shape 2 summers ago and thats my plan for this summer. I plan to run 2 miles a day 3 times a week and do crunches, pilates. I also am going to eat healthier…lots of water, fruit, vegetables, special k cereals bc their low in calories, salad w/ low fat dressing, soup, healthy foods. Am i being unrealistic to be in shape my summer?

you can also make suggestions on if i should change anything in this diet or exercise

Weight loss dilemma??

I have been working out since the 29th of January (not long..i know) I’ve been walking at least 2 miles a day- doing other cardio- pilates ab workouts-eating healthy- drinking lots of (and ONLY) water..EVERYDAY. But nothing seems to be showing up on my scale as far as weight loss goes..(even some slight weight increases??) I NEED to lose 30 pounds before my wedding on June 30th. Any tips on how to expedite the process? It’s frustrating!!

Is this a healthy Diet?

Hi, for my new years resolution I have decided to get on a diet, put in some exercise and get in shape! I have already started drinking just water and coffee (need it for school in the morning or I can’t wake up) but I just need to know if the diet I have chosen is healthy or if I should go with something else.

Breakfast:
slice of french bread with jam
1 normal size mug of coffee with french vanilla coffee mate

Lunch:
1/2 turkey and mustard sandwich on whole wheat bread
1 apple
1 little lunch baggy of carrots

Snack:
Im not really sure what I want here… any ideas are welcome

Dinner:
For dinner I just want 1 skinless chicken breast and steamed veggies.
But once a week I will have some red meat and somedays have fish.

So is this pretty healthy? I’ll be taking a multivitamin everyday along with tons of exercise including DDR (on expert), bicycling, yoga and tai chi.

*** Please dont talk about how I won’t stick to it because its so strict. Im determined to lose weight and I know I can.

Is “hot” yoga (doing yoga in a heated room) bad for you?

I’ve heard conflicting things about yoga that is practiced in heated rooms. Some people tell me it’s good for you because you sweat a ton and release toxins, and that it allows your muscles to warm up. Others have said that you shouldn’t exercise at all in heated rooms, and the last time I went to try “hot” yoga I did have a spell of dizziness and nausea during the class even though I was drinking water and not pushing myself too hard (I’m a beginner). I’m reluctant to go back and try “hot” yoga without knowing what’s best…thanks for any advice.

my butts r like water ballon & hip bones r wideopen.what exercise should i do to get my hips in shape.(m/22)?

i m a male age 22.Because of continuous sitting my body posture is very awkward. my hips r very broad, i think the hip bone(pelvic bones) angle is increased and looks like that of woman`sand butts r almost like water ballons. how should i get them in shape. what exercise should i do. should i try yoga or jim exercises. its really humilating to have hips like this. plz give me some suggestions.
