So I’m going to start playing water polo, and my practice is 3 hours everyday, 5 days a week.
Now, i eat less than 2,000 calories everyday, i’m 15 5’7 and like 130!!!!! like, i’m not FAT even though i say i am, but i’m not skinny either. so my question is, would I lose weight if i played the season? and will it be drastic?
Because two years I did TaeKwonDO and that kept me in tip top shape, but soccer didn’t help at all, so.
