Weight loss dilemma??

I have been working out since the 29th of January (not long..i know) I’ve been walking at least 2 miles a day- doing other cardio- pilates ab workouts-eating healthy- drinking lots of (and ONLY) water..EVERYDAY. But nothing seems to be showing up on my scale as far as weight loss goes..(even some slight weight increases??) I NEED to lose 30 pounds before my wedding on June 30th. Any tips on how to expedite the process? It’s frustrating!!

On a calorie deficit…but no weight loss?

Well I’m not overweight but I have a few lbs I would like to lose (extra ab fat, x.x) I”m 14/female n it says with the way I am active (I do taekwondo, walk briskly 35 min home everyday, train basically everyday, and do a bunch of mixed cardio.) that I should be eating 2,200 calories a day. Well I have been eating about 1,400-1,500 and everything I eat is followed by good dietary guidelines. I even start to cut out a ton of grains in my diet. I don’t understand how I’ve been doing this for months that I still have lost weight.
*NOTE: I drink atleast 8 cups of water a day

How can I boost my weight loss without pills?

I have been in the gym for 8 weeks, working out 4-5 times a week. I try to eat at least 1500 calories a day, but I was never a foodie and have to work hard to make that goal.

I do spin twice a week, yoga once a week, do cardio 4-5 days a week, plus weight training 1-2 times a week, and upper body and planks at home.

When I started I weighed 180, and eight weeks later, I weigh 174. I am committed, but starting to feel frustrated. How long should it take a person doing all this to reach 140lbs, and how can I boost my weight loss to 2lbs a week?

My doctor and trainer have both warned me that any lower than 1500 calories will lower my metabolism. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
