i need to lose 50 pounds in 6 months. I hate exercise (gyms) and diet food. Is there hope for me?

I’ve tried many different approaches, and I’m at the point where Im sooo confused and frustrated! If anyone has achieved a successful weight loss, in a reasonable time, PLEASE let me know. I love to walk, and would be into trying yoga, and free weights… but I hate going to sweaty gyms.

As far as food – I love sushi, peanut butter, fruit, veggies, pasta, seafood, rice, and chicken.

Oh, yes, some dark chocolate is good too.

I don’t drink (alcohol) and stay away from soda and diet drinks.

I know water is a good thing, but have trouble drinking 100 ounces a day, but will do it if it is neccesary for weight loss.

Weight loss problem?

i’ve been exercising for more than 2 months now and i have loss some ichest aroung my weist and i looks less fat but still my weight its not reducing , i also eat better than before and i execise 70 minutes in the treadmill 5 times a week plus yoga but still my weight remain almost the same , what’s the best thing to do ?
well i had Hormonal thyroid test 3 monts ago butthe result come out ok , so Dr told me just to exercise and eat healthy and i totally change my way to eat and i exercise but still i have loss only 7 pounds in more than 2 months .

pilates for weight loss?

I just did some pilates and it felt great but i was wondering if that is good for weight loss only i need to lose weight and i dont want to do anything eles but this. will it work?????

Tips for weight loss?

I want to lose weight, but I would like to do it without joining any certain programs or plans. Of course I would be omitting foods that will be bad and all, and I will be using my AbLounge and Pilates DVDs for exercise. (Pilates helped my friend lose like 75 pounds and shes been thin for years now).

Anyways, I am wondering if those of you who have had success with losing weight can tell me some secrets? Like foods to absolutely avoid and whatnot?
