If I eat 1000 calories a day how much weight can I lose?

I’m 28 yrs old. I recently had a baby over a year ago. My weight has gone up so much. I cry sometimes just looking at my body. I’m 5’5″ and 189lbs.

My measurements are:

Breast 38
Waist 40
Hips 49
Thighs 32

I want to lose 2″ from my breast, 8″ from my waist 9″ from my hips and 10″ from my thighs.

I am currently doing weight watchers and the elliptical 30 min 3 days a week. If I cut my fat grams to 25 and my calories to 1000 do you think that I can lose 50 lbs by July 1st? I also do 25 sit ups a day and some light weights. My upper stomach, upper thighs and buttocks are the worst.

How will Pilates help me if I did it? My core is soooo weak, that is why I can only do 25 full sit ups a day so far.

I popped my knee and now I’m scared?

I am a teenager and I just came from my taekwondo class. I kicked and I popped my knee. I think it popped out and then back in cause I can walk, but it is swollen and I can’t put all my weight on it. I put ice on it but whenever I try to put more weight on it, I think my entire knee will pop again. I think I am just scared about it. Is there anything else I can do that will make my knee better?

I ordered the Winsor Pilates Workout System. Does it actually give the consumers the claimed benefits?

I recently ordered the Winsor Pilates System, the $85 one! I just hope that it wasn’t just a waste of money. I still yet have to try it, I am just waiting for it to come. Anyone out there who has tried it and actually gained some results, please let me know. It claims that it tones muscles, gives good structure to the body, helps to lose weight, etc. Does it actually do all that?

How long on the treadmill?? help please?

i’m getting a treadmill in march and i would like to know about how long it will take to lose weight and how long to run/jog/walk everyday. right now i am about 140 pounds and around 5’6/5’7. i want to lose about 15 pounds and tone myself up a bit. right now i basically eat whatever whenever and it’s definitely catching up. i would say i have a medium build. i need to lose some fat on my stomach and upper legs/hips. anyone know how long it will take to lose the weight and how long i should go for? i know treadmills burn fat, but are they good for flattening your stomach too? what other exercises are there for legs & abs? would 15 pounds be good for someone like me? or is that too much? i dont want to be really skinny or anything. im aiming for 1300 calories aday & cut back on the carbs. im very unactive and im not involved in sports, i dont get much exercise right now..oh yeah, im going to do some pilates a few nights a week too, crunches, etc…
