why after 5 months of eating healthy and working out 6 days a week arent i losing anymore and it seems as if?

iexercise 6 days aweek. i do 3mile power walk daily 30 min. weight every other day and pilates at least 4 times a week. since march ive lost 24lbs but about 3-4 weeks ago the scale wont move. i increased my exercise and it almost seems that im gaining a lb and added and inch what is going on? im very upset because im working very hard. most of the weight is in my stomach and i feel heavy. i approximate my caloric intake to be between 1200 and 1500 a day. 6 small meals of vegetables,fruits, whole grains chcken and fish. i allow a day of anything since i want to make this a lifestyle change and not just a diet. help. i am also 51 years old.

im 5’6 and 133. how much will i weigh this time next year if i…?

eat vegetarian style, semi vegan, nuts, fruits, salads, vegies, salads, drink lots of water, nutrition bars sometimes,whole grains. (with the occasional indulges of fcourse, but only when i crave it)
if i run 1-1.5 hours a week, 120 minutes of pilates a week, and 90 minutes of additional cardio a week. (ill be at school from 8am to 5 pm, then work after that so getting more excersize in is too hard)
of course i wont follow this exactly but im pretty sure ill stick close to it.
i want to start living a healthy lifestyle with a good diet and excersize. im 16 next summer im going to stay with my aunt in paris. shes a fasion designer so im thinking if i get skinny enough that could open doors for me wether its designing modeling or just owrking with a magazine. im already fit but do you think 115 is possible???????

how much excersize is enough?

im 5’5.5 and 131 lbs. i used to weigh 120 before birth control. and now im trying to get back to 120. i eat healhy (fruits, vegies, nuts, salads, whole grains, no animal products really), i drink enough water a day, i dont really sleep enough but that can’t change. one thing that i am unsure of is how much excersize is needed daily, or in that case weekly. im hoping to lose 10 lbs within 2 months or 3.

right now im doing 40 minutes of pilates daily, ab toning videos, and strength training. its too hot to add cardio in, and a gym or pool is not accesible. once it cools down (currently this summer has been 108-110 100% humidity) i want to run 30 minutes a day. is that good? is what im doing right now OK.. even though its just musle building? what do you recommend in regards to exercize daily and weekly?
