do you recommend getting the basic windsor pilates set or the one where they send a new dvd every few weeks?
are they all new workouts or just rearranged bits of the old ones? i like to learn the full routine before switching workout dvds, is there any other way i could buy the new windsor workouts separately without signing up for this service?

Will I benefit from Windsor Pilates?
I am 5′ 10″ and 170lbs. I need to tone up more than lose weight. However, I would like to get down to 155lbs if possible. Is Windsor Pilates a good choice for me? I need to strengthen my stomach and thighs.
Also, I think the $9.99 offer on TV is a scam because they will charge you every month for new DVDs. If I get Windsor Pilates, I think I’ll get it from E-bay.
