Windsor Pilates looks good because it is only $9.95 right now, its in my budget! Ive heard good about it, but are there any other yoga/pilates work outs that i can do at home if Windsor isn’t the best?

Has anyone used Windsor Pilates and gotten good results? Is it hard to use for someone new to Pilates?
I am 24 years old, 5’9″ tall, not overweight at all, pretty lean, I just have pudge in my midsection (stomach and thigh area) and I would like to really tone down those areas, especially my ab section, and it seems like running isn’t working well enough. I started doing the Windsor 1 hour intensive Pilates workout about a week ago, and I would just like to know from those who are experienced a) when will I start seeing real results? b) what kind of diet should I be on to get good results? Should it be really strict like all lettuce, water, and such, or can I eat pastas, breads, fruits, and all that yummy stuff? I have been into juicing lately and I love drinking fresh carrot, apple, celery, etc. juice. Should this help speed the process up? c) How often should I do the exercises a week to get the results?
How many pounds and inches can you lose in 12 days if you do 30 mins of cardio 6-7 days a week, plus a 20 min windsor pilates workout 6-7 days a week, while watching everything you eat in those 12 days?
Honest answers only please!
I weigh about 129 and I am nursing. I am trying to loose some post baby weight before a holiday party. I am planning to continue working ot 5-6 days and still watching what I eat after the party, but I wanted to work harder over the next 12 days to look good in my dress. I know I should have started earlier but I don’t have a lot of free time with 2 kids.
