How long did it take to se results? I’ve done 4 sessions in past week!
it says to do it 3 – 4 times a week. i was just wondering if anyone has done it for a while and if u see a difference. i do 40 – 60 mins of cardio a day (depending on my schedule) and eat b/n 1200 and 1500 calories. I’m 5’6 and 115. will i see a difference in a month or so.. nothing drastic maybe just a little more defined. i’m just curious. thx!

I just ordered the winsor pilates video system and i was wondering if anyone else has ever done that and what your results were, i dont want to do something that wont be benificial.

I’m sitting at home sick w/ a cold watching a Winsor Pilates infommercial. I keep seeing them referencing women going from size 12 down to small sizes. Do you think a curvier woman could really get in shape with this? I’d consider it if I knew it would really be effective.
