If so, would you recommend it? I’ve heard the workouts are a bit boring. Is that true?
I’m not really looking to lose a ton of weight. I’m 5″2′ and weigh 112 lbs. So I’m within my ideal weight.
I just want to tone up and get rid of a little belly fat and love handles. I currently try to jog 3 miles at least 3 days a week.
Would Winsor Pilates work for me?
