I’ve been speed walking on my treadmill for a half hour everyday. I’m trying to see noticable results by summer so i plan to do this 7 days a week + 4 of them days add 45 minutes of pilates. But the thing is, I cant higher the speed on my treadmill to a jogging/running speed because i have a heart condition [it runs in my family] & when i jog/run i get a pain in my chest & 99% of the time pass out. Do you think speed walking + pilates & a good diet will help me to be thinner by summer?
