I am going to visit USA( Chicago )in october. As im first time coming to Usa i dont have any knowledge about where i can find people with same interests as mine. If anybody can tell me about yoga classes, meditation classes, shops with vegetarian food ect i would be very gratefull.

where are they teaching yoga classes right now and where can i sign up?
Many different doctors have told me over the past 8 years that I have a spastic colon. There are ulcers in stomach as well. I have had so many tests done, I go to the gym every day and eat a balanced, special diet but I’m still bloated every day and wake up every morning with a stomach ache. I do stress allot but go to yoga classes. This problem is almost poisoning my system and I get burning pains in my muscles. I’m desperate! Does anyone know if something else could cause such symptoms? Maybe I’m trying to fix a related condition and not the real problem!

I’m going to yoga classes for about a month now as I was told yoga helps in growing taller
I am not going to be working anymore and i want to start going to the gym since i will have plenty of time. I am 5’4″ and 145-150 pounds…i have alot of cellulite that i really want to get rid of…they have pilates and yoga classes…the only thing is that i want to LOSE weight and not gain muscle….what exercises should i do and for how long?? and also what food is good to eat to burn fat?
