I read that christians must modify or find a way to “get around the downward facing dog”. I am wondering where I can find the meanings of the positions, or at least a reason why that would be so. Thanks.

i lead a very stressful life….
Hiya! I LOVE Tai Chi but cannot find any classes near me so I have decided to try yoga (I’ll still do my tai chi dvds but still it would be nice to go to an actual class)…My question is this: does anyone know of a type of yoga that is similar in paced to tai chi? I’ve seen yoga practiced and all I’ve seen is the people holding yoga positions for awhile. Is there a yoga style where the practicee moves more fluidly? I know it might not be as close to tai chi as I would like but I’m too hyper to actually sit still for too long
Any recs for a fluidly-moving yoga style would be so appreciated. Also, in case I can’t find a class of the style you recomend, are there any DVDs that you can recommend?? Or any great yoga dvds in general? Thanks so much to anyone who answers, much appreciated
